I took a course over the summer to become more familiar with Unreal Engine Virtual Production and this is the final result.

The master material utilizes masks in the UV1 channel to allow for up to three different dirt textures plus a moisture value. In this case I used a dirt texture, a moss texture and a grunge texture.
